TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

The Term customer shall mean the individual / organisation placing an order with Wincanton Motorsport ltd.

The term WMS will apply to Wincanton Motorsport ltd.

We reserve the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such alterations will take effect when posted on the website, date at the top. It remains your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions each time you use the website. Your continued use of the website will signify your acceptance to be bound by it,s latest Terms and Conditions.

All work carried out by WMS will come with a 6 month 6,000 mile warranty. This will not cover race /track use.

Prices given for service and repair work will be inclusive of parts, labour and vat.

Parts guarantees are provided entirely by the manufacturers/UK Importers and therefore are subject to Terms and Conditions therein.

If during the performance of agreed work, it becomes apparent that additional time, labour or parts will be necessary to address consequential/additional needs not previously recognised we will contact you to agree the additional work prior to commencement.

If the vehicle is dismantled, we will not compel you to agree to the completion of additional work .We will always offer the option of reassembly where possible, making you aware of any safety/operating implications.

Replaced parts will always be made available for viewing.

Fixed price servicing will be carried out to WMS specification.

Servicing to vehicles under manufacturer warranty will be carried out to manufacturer specification.

CONVERSION AND PERFORMANCE WORK

This will be carried out on a staged payment basis to be agreed with the customer.

WMS will not be liable for any consequential losses.

Completion dates given by WMS will only be estimates and work will not be deemed to be completed until such time as WMS informs the customer. No Completion dates will be given on research and development work. If staged payments are not met WMS reserve the right to charge storage fees of £21.15 per day until either vehicle is collected or further payment made. Due to exchange rates prices given for performance work which involves foreign sourced may be subject to change. 


WMS will require a 50% deposit on special order products with a value of £200 or more.  The deposit is non-refundable should the order be cancelled.


Online Ordering

Any returns of  online mail order goods ordered and dispatched that are fully correct must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the goods must (A) be in the original packaging (B) undamaged. We will not be liable for any return postage/carriage costs.  The goods will be subject to a 25% handling/re-stocking fee.


Special Order Goods these are non-returnable under any circumstances. 


We aim to dispatch items in stock within 24 hours  on receipt of (A) Order Confirmation (B) Payment. Items not in stock will be dispatched to the customers once received by WMS Goods In.

Should a completed vehicle be left at the premises for longer than three days, after the customer has been informed the said vehicle is ready for collection and unless otherwise agreed a storage charge of £21.15 will be charged upon them. Should the vehicle not be collected after one month further to the customer being informed that their vehicle is ready to collect it will be sold to recover costs. This also applies to vehicles left at our premises unfinished and not collected.

In the case of mechanical breakdown WMS requires the vehicle to be brought back to our premises and will accept no liability for costs involved in such.

All goods remain the property of WMS until paid for in full. We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to our credit terms.

WMS reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions.

All prices  include VAT @ 17.50%.
